Autumn LAWN TREATMENTS
Summer heat and drought can damage the lawn and great care is taken to ensure the correct balance of nutrients is applied to your lawn in the Autumn.

Nitrogen is significantly reduced and Phosphates and potassium increased to ensure there is no artificial upward growth and root system health is improved, in preparation for the winter hardships.
We will also apply our soil conditioner and treat weeds if required. Autumn is a great time to complete aeration, scarifying and over-seeding as the soil temperature rainfall required for the lawn to recover, is more consistent and predictable.

It is always advisable to remove leaves from the lawn at this time of the year, as too much leaf coverage can form a canopy where disease incubates.
We offer a specialist soil test analysis and if you have this, it enables us to be exact with our application of nutrients and the reports, which you will receive, allow you to identify change and evaluate progress. We cannot remove leaves from the premises but we will blow or rake the leaves into a convenient area for you at no charge. |
